Data deletion
Last updated 30 May 2026
You can request deletion of your SlabLogic account and all associated data at any time. This page explains the three ways to do that and what happens to your data after a deletion request.
Option 1 — In-product
Sign in to SlabLogic and visit Account settings. Under the security section, choose Delete account. Your account is marked for deletion immediately and enters a seven (7) day grace period during which you can sign back in and cancel. After the grace period expires, your account, estimates, plans, photos, supplier pricelists, and all related tenant data are permanently removed from production systems.
Option 2 — By email
Email privacy@slablogic.com.au from the address associated with your account. We will verify ownership and process the deletion within five (5) business days, after which the same seven-day grace period applies.
Option 3 — Connected social accounts
If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or LinkedIn Company Page to SlabLogic for marketing features, you can revoke access at the platform end:
- Facebook & Instagram — visit Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find SlabLogic Marketing Publisher, and click Remove. Facebook sends us a deauthorisation callback; we purge the associated OAuth tokens and scheduled posts within 24 hours.
- LinkedIn — visit LinkedIn Settings → Permitted Services, find SlabLogic Marketing Publisher, and click Remove. The access token immediately becomes invalid; we purge the stored token within 24 hours during routine cleanup.
What is deleted
Account profile (name, email, hashed password, MFA secrets), tenant data (estimates, plans, photos, supplier pricelists, audit logs), OAuth tokens for any connected social accounts, and any scheduled marketing posts. Backups are retained for up to 35 days for disaster recovery and then expire automatically. Anonymised aggregate telemetry (no personal identifiers) may be retained for product analytics.
What is retained
We retain billing records and tax invoices as required under Australian tax law for the period prescribed by the Australian Taxation Office (currently five years). These records contain only the information legally required and are not used for any other purpose.
Questions
Email privacy@slablogic.com.au. The full retention and data-handling policy is in our Privacy Policy.
